It is that time of the year again and ASWSU cheerfully welcomes you back to Washington State University. We hope your winter break was full of warm memories and that you are energized for the rest of the school year.
Our ASWSU Executives have taken advantage of first semester and winter break to implement creative ideas and innovative programs to enhance your “Cougar Experience.” Please explore our website to see various projects we are currently working on. For the remainder of the semester we will continue to push traditional boundaries to ensure that your needs and expectations are being met.
Consistent with last semester, ASWSU will continue to provide the services students enjoy most. PB&J Club will still be held every Wednesday at noon in the Cub Lair. Simply, stop by for free sandwiches and the chance to converse with special guests. Additionally, Safewalk will remain operating on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Please call 335-WALK to utilize the service.
Our driving goal is to empower you with all the tools and resources you need to achieve your aspirations at Washington State University. However, our motto doesn’t stop there. To achieve ultimate success, you must empower yourself by voicing your positions and pursuing your passions. ASWSU will always have an open door for your service and open ears to listen to your concerns, comments, or compliments.
ASWSU is looking forward to a remarkable rest of the year and is committed to advocating your interests. Keep your eyes open for our Cougar Quarterly newsletter and ongoing updates to our website (ASWSU.wsu.edu). We encourage you to come and visit our offices in CUB 314 and to get involved this year. Again welcome back, have a fantastic rest of the year, and GO COUGS!
